Miqo'te 'H' sounds

And to think, everyone has been saying G'raha's name wrong this whole time, since we can't hiss like Miqo'te

I don't think the 'h' in Raha is supposed to be hissed. It doesn't really fit the pattern of where they put in the extra H's.

I assume the letter is being used both for its normal sounds and hissing - a bit like C can represent either a K or S sound.
