I would rather there is no reward so they can see the real pupil action and gives us 24 men back for some real decent games.

Players playing for rewards are not type of crowd I would like to see in PvP; usually refuse to learn to improve and complains a lot.

They also just turn a competitive match into mindless zerging

You had them when moogle tomes were available was it that bad? I would like queue times a ton shorter, the 8v8v8 mode will not solve it completely.
