If you didn't want differing views on how to deal with some situations, should've avoided posting on general discussion thread.

Hell, if you want to take the "idc about your opinion" route, should've left the thread at the first post you made and not look back.
some can say "If you give a warning, stick to it". This is what makes you a good leader.
Others can also say "A change to the correct punishment, leaving it is not good enough". Leadership choices can change anytime, if it benefits everyone. This is what makes you a good leader.

But from what I've seen from people, some of people here are so heavily fixated on the "YOU GAVE YOUR WARNING, STICK WITH IT", mentality that you're failing to see other underlining issues that can come next. You're only using your own opinions to try and make it as if I am in ANY wrong in changing my mind from a warning to a kick, TO KICK OUT TOXIC PEOPLE. No wonder why KalinOrthos (others that think alike), are so aggressive. Because people like YOU want to protect trash people. You must honestly think I want to be selfish and then using the "change of mind" to try and make/govern statements to try to prove I am selfish. Then calling me a bad leader and ridiculing (When I don't find stuff like this funny), since when is a leader bad for changing a decision on something, that they want to improve, EVER??

Edit: You say "differing views", when one person called me tyrant because of a change on what I think was good to make, and another say I am ridiculing... "makes sense".

yakoo, did you posted here to gain recognition to your action or hear what other people opinions are?
those are still valid points to reflect on and try to improve as a leader.

"you gave your verdict, stick to it" is a good point and something think about the next time something like that happen.
think carefully about the verdict before applying it,you can decide on what that is after awhile as well and not giving it straight away.
they are different views and that person said that point is what felt like a tyrant move to do, he didn't explained it well but his point was that a leader shouldn't change his verdict out of the blue like that.

if you want to improve try to stick to the valid points they said and avoid the attitude, that the jest of my words.

Within my first post in my conclusion, I did clearly state to toxic people to stay away from FC's, if they want to join FC's only to cause trouble. I did say that I was spreading awareness to this sort of thing before. Especially when people just want to be bad to others for the sake of being bad. Not here for recognition, while those points are still valid that some have mentioned, some can also say that a leader can change their mind if its needed to be done if their first initial action wasn't good enough. If they put it in your way I would be able to have seen their point, but instead, they said things with little to no foresight on the situation and just used the "You gave your word" thing, then turn around and say another thing.

If you kicked with the whole FC in mind, you should have the right to change your mind. I guess the only thing I would have done is had a second conversation with them to explain why you changed your mind, before removing them. Tell them why you're dismissing them all together from the FC. This was a personal attack on you as leader. Members of an FC should never talk smack about the head of an FC or it's members in a public forum, and there should be a written rule against this for all to read, which you said there is.

You as leader need to ask yourself "was this an attack on the FC as a whole"? The answer is no, it was a personal attack against the leader of an FC. The fact however is that it was made public by these individuals, when they should have kept it private, rings more wrong than anything else. Airing any dirty laundry in public puts an FC in a bad light. The fact that it hurt your feelings should not have played a role whatsoever in your decision to remove them. Sure they or any member has the potential to repeat this offense in the future hypothetically. You can't really say for certain, nor can you judge them by a hypothetical possibility.

Yet here you are in a public forum talking about all this, trying to defend your decisions, when it's not necessary because it's your rules, your FC. No one is defending bad people but rather expressing different pov's. You can't take everything in here so personal either, but you are. Doing so speaks to people in regards to that initial decision and of course they're going to give rise to it in a forum that you knew was public. By posting here, you basically gave invitation to different views on the matter. You can't ask for people's thoughts and expect everyone to comfort you, telling you you were in the right. It doesn't work that way. You should just stop making this public and personal, it's not good for your FC either.
