[Request/Suggestion/QoL] Blacklist functions do not meet blacklist needs.

Blacklist capacity is too small to accommodate ~5 blocks per day (jumps up to ~10-15 when pricehunting on neighboring worlds) and too big to purge manually 1-by-1 when it's full.

Dear Dev Team, please consider implementing some of the following:
- A "Remove all" option when right-clicking blacklisted names.
- Local storage of blacklisted names instead of server-side.
- Automatic deletion of permabanned accounts from player blacklists.
- Expanding blacklist capacity to 1000.
- A 24-hour silencing function without the utilization of blacklist.
- Automatic silencing for 24 hours when "Report RMT Activity" function is used, without the utilization of blacklist.
- Retroactive removal of a blacklisted/silenced player's speech from an individual's chat log.
- A chat filter for players that will automatically block messages containing given combinations of characters from appearing in their chat log.
- A "Clear Tab" function for cleaning individual chat logs.

Literally any one of those would improve quality of life for players who don't want to be bombarded with illicit ads.
Starter cities become quite disgusting to step into when blacklist is full and spending my time deleting 200 gibberish names 1-by-1 is definitely not what i subscribed to do here.
This function hasn't been touched in years and it frustrates me to no end.
It's 2019 and there's still no effective method of dealing with this on the player's end.

Yeah it gets annoying standing in any place with more than 20 people because shout just gets spammed with FC/LS/etc. promotions. My favourite is when the same person advertises multiple times. People like that instantly get on my blacklist, and it's shocking how many of those people are on there.

Honestly, i'd prefer getting spammed with actual human speech over RMT bots in Limsa. You can at least poke fun at real humans until they go away. Bots are just an unwinnable game of whack-a-mole and they tilt me so unreasonably hard. I haven't even blocked any real people in all my playthrough.
