Granted, I don't know how the other worlds are going now.
I've said this before, with the restriction, the chances of someone seeing the event after they missed it on their world is 0%. Especially if someone can't login in the 8hrs span between the two. But since thinking was hard, people decided to follow the echo chamber of "wanderers are stealing our jobs" and ask for world visiting restriction instead of actually thinking what's the real cause of the problem. And that is one instance per world with 6 chances of an event with massive reward to appear in a timed manner that only ~300 that can participate in. So, they got what they asked for and to no surprise, people still couldn't do it as evident in this thread.

But I find it funny how people actually believe that world visiting is actually the problem, while the same scenario was happening exactly during ShB release for Archeotania and Formidable FATEs. But in this case, the event is always available, more than one instance, and was with a random timer. This lead to the instances only getting congested once the FATE pops, not an hour before. Furthermore, thanks to world visiting, people had more chances of getting the FATE instead of waiting between 36-72hrs once it dies in their world. So people didn't complain, because the FATE design didn't affect them. But now with this event, they clung to the first thing they thought was the problem without thinking about it.

Only thing left for those that missed out now is to ask Yoshi P to allow the FATE to pop multiple times till 5.2 drops out once a world finishes the final stage. But I find that hard to happen since the instance changed after the final FATE where there's nothing to build in that area anymore.
