Congested area, can't do restoration

Here's an idea:

Report every damn server visitor that's congesting your server's instance. They're using a game mechanic (server deloading things and locking up areas, when there's too many people present) in an unexpected way (locking other players out for their own benefit). It might just raise awareness of the issue and with luck, get some people slapped on the wrist and taught some humility.

This is exactly what I started doing. There's not much else going on waiting at the Ishgard aetheryte. At least I'm reporting those that publicly admit in chat that they are intentionally griefing.
