You literally can get any crafter to 20 in about 45 minutes. Really not that difficult to do if you can't wait.

Yeah I did that but you need minimum collectability of 50 for the level 20 crafter and you don't get the appraisal skills until lv 50, so minimum of 50 to participate

You do not need to activate the Collectable Synthesis skill for items that purely exist for collectable purposes
