Reference to PC first person shooter games where you could turn on/off a feature called no_clip through the game's console. It allows you to access any area by floating through objects.
Stuck in a castle and can't find a key.... no_clip and walk through the wall :P
It could also be used to walk through walls not meant to ever be passed through.
