    Replacing RNG with RNG doesn't solve anything. It might give people more free time, but it also opens a plot up to more competition which means even lower chances for any person to get a house at all.

    fair enough, i just dont think camping for placard is a healthy design decision. so my solution is revolved around it.

    i also just started the game a week before shb launch, and reading the comment in your signature kinda give me new perspective lol. do yoshi change his mind, and replace "personal housing" with apartment?? it seems what we have now is not what they envisioned a couple years ago...
