How likely is it we are getting Butt Sliders after this 2B Butt thing?

Zero. It is never happening. It is alot harder to implement in a system that has been being used for several years. You would have to rebuild the entire system from scratch, and I highly doubt they will have time to do that. At that point, it's a more efficient use of time to be working on FFXVI or FFXVII.

I've tried on the 2b pants when I see other people with them and the backside looks strange and alien on my character, and a little droopy. I wish we had similar pants that keep our ow... I'm mean, our character's, natural butt. A high cut, not so "thongy" panty without stockings, that meets at the top with most tops would be good.

I don't personally want a bigger butt, but I think it would be good to have more options. I think we are more likely to get a "Butt Selector". I call it "the three-butt solution". I assume people who want bigger butts want clothing that reflects it. A slider means having clothing that adjusts with 100 different settings. I propose adding 2 slightly more voluptuous butts. Does anyone want a flatter one? Still a lot of work to implement but probably less than a slider.

If they added the option, and gave us a free fantasia, I might try a new rear on for size. I think I would prefer my character be a tiny bit thicker all around.

Like I said, it devolves the butt. Guys butt is actually bigger if you're wearing nothing at all. Instead we get Hank Hill'ed.

Anyway I doubt sliders, but probably certain gear can work, instead of remodeling who knows how many sets.

People don't seem to get that your character doesn't really "wear" gear so much as that gear just replaces a part of your character's body.

That's why 2B (I haven't seen the other raid drop legs yet) gives your character a bigger butt ... it's a new, higher poly butt and leg mesh that your character uses. To make a "butt slider" they would have to change ever leg gear to look right at a bigger butt setting.

Also this isn't new. There are certain tops that give you bigger breast like original Minfilia dress and even the 2B dress gives your character a higher, thinner waist. (Looks great on Femroe)

I'm just hoping to get some nice shorts and such using the 2B butt in the future.

partially true, quite a bit of gear changes with bust size. A request for an actual butt size change includes a request that gear changes as well. The devs understand this since they mentioned stretching textures.
