Seriously, why would anyone be asking for slow mounts? Baffling.

Well if there are different benifits to them, there could be reasons to use them if they were slower. An example would be if they could take aggro or damage but not be slowed down near as much as a chocobo. Thats just one idea off of the top of my head.

No gameplay design allowed. Clearly everybody likes it as it is. All few dozen of forum users I mean. No need to work on anything.

But why would they want to personally add another mechanic when they don't need to? How would it "be ok to do this" when anyone after 2.0 wouldn't have this mount? How is it there are so many people wanting a mechanic for even the smallest of things?
