My point is don't try to lecture or "advise" people on minor things such as this when you're not 100% sure of it yourself, it's unnecessary, and slightly comes across as egocentric. Especially when the guy/gal just proved their knowledge by constructing a whole message in Japanese.

I’m pretty sure that I’m not wrong that’s why I said it in the first place OR even if I’m wrong someone with more knowledge will correct me and give me the right information.

This. Au Ra scales are functionally/visually a beard already - face #4 (the 'old man' face) even has an optional scale-moustache. I think it would look very strange to have a normal beard growing around the scales - you wouldn't design a character like that.

Scales are made of the same substance as hair and nails, so theoretically that's how they've evolved in the first place.

I'm in for more beard options. I'm a female who plays a male miqote and I'd love for my little dude to have a different beard sometimes.
