Why did you let Individuals relocate to the FC Wards?

Going to defend the way SE handled this. Relocations free up spots in other housing zones which will allows new individuals OR FCs to purchase a house after the timer is gone.

I love being able to utilise relocations but can sympathise with how they would make new buyers very annoyed. If I was camping outside a plot waiting for 8 hours for the timer to go off and then some guy turned up and said 'my previous house is in goblet plot terrible if you want it' I would be very annoyed.

The current system isn't perfect but I still think its better than instanced housing because I like being able to see my neighbours housing. In the end theres just not enough supply of housing and hope SE can think of a better solution.

It doesn't have to be an either/or system considering we already have both wards and apartment buildings.

There are plenty of players who could care less about seeing the neighbors. They just want a larger space to decorate than the small room apartments offer and so their only option is to buy a house. Give them larger apartments or some other form of instanced housing and most of them will clear out of the wards, leaving room for the players who do want to be seeing neighbors.

Yesss...if SE could provide bigger readily available instanced residential spaces having a shared building areas, but has the functionality, pleasing aesthetics, and additional amenities of plotted housing, as well as safety from auto demolition, people will have more options.

Players buy larges as personals for the space or cause they have a grand plan in mind. I honestly got what I feel is better then any large house, upgraded our FC house to a medium. Then myself my wife and my co-lead moved our personal homes to the plots surrounding our new FC house. Got one plot left neighboring the FC house that I hope a interested FC member will be able to grab when purchasing for personal use becomes open. My FC gave up one of the beach front plots in the mist for a medium thats not quite as good, as for myself I gave up a plot that I have held for roughly 4 yrs ...while I am happy I moved part of me misses my old plot and always will.

Well, I moved from a mansion to a mansion so at least I fulfilled the law of equivalent exchange.

They were never announced as FC wards so not certain why anyone might have gotten the impression they were supposed to be. All SE said was that purchases in the new wards would be limited to FCs though any current owner could relocate.

Gardening should be something that isn't exclusively tied to housing. This is actually one of the reasons for me initially wanting to purchase a Large house. I wanted the 3 garden beds so i could cross-breed Thavnairian Onions efficiently. If SE can move gardening outside of Housing some individuals might not see the incentive to purchase a Large house if they were like myself and only wanted the gardens at the time.
