I don't just alittle bummed out i did not see this added as the same time as Paladin. Considering in most of the mmos ive played death, shadow, dark or hell knight is the mirror opposite paladin. i mean except for FF11 which was first i've seen not do it but Dark Knight were the so called DD Tanks and would like to see that happen in this game if at all possible. Feedback if this job will be added would be nice to have at least 1 job i like added.

ps please let their main weapon be greatsword

It was mentioned in a interview a while back... sorry I don't have the link on hand ><

GLA would lose the daggers from the sword line so that they could put them into a scout/THF class and then make a NIN job from it and that they would give GLA the ability to also use greatswords... so there could be a possibility that GLA could have PLD and DRK coming off the same class with this... just a thought.

This wasn't something said in the interview. All they have said is they want to add a Thief like Job/Class, nothing about taking daggers away from GLA. Also, they have mentioned that Dark Knight is a strong possibility, so it will inevitably come to FFXIV. The greatsword hasn't been implemented yet, a great candidate for a weapon for DRK.
