I agree with you. There are quite a few scenarios which concern me regarding the 2B outfit coffer.

Scenario 1. Someone who already recieved and opened the coffer then able to roll again on future coffers.

Scenario 2. Someone accidentally deletes a piece of their 2B gear. Are they able to roll again on another coffer to replace that piece or are they still unable to ever roll again on future coffers meaning they lost the piece forever, but it would also be unfair to the people who havent recieved one yet if they WERE allowed to reroll.

So many questions regarding how this works.
