Ready for Cyber-Ninja Outfit?

How do you know? I'm more with Crushnight on this, this looks more like an healer outfit to me (especially because Healer got the Military Beret Headgear last time too)

Logic as well would dictate that set is healer as it stands out, has easy communication and doesn't obstruct the majority of the face something that is invaluable to military medics yet this is a game where my stick could someone a meteor so logic is out the window XD but it makes sense to me that one should be healer either way we'll find out tomorrow.

PvP sets usually have a matching weapon, so there's hope.

Would be nice, but at the same time I feel like they would have shown some of the weapons if we were getting any. The Republican set didn't come with weapons, though it would be nice if this set did since there was no 5.0 pvp gear.

Also I'm not holding my breath for this to be true, but I wouldn't mind if they somehow tweaked things to give the 5.1 Yorha raid Nier inspired weapons in place of pvp weapons this time around....but that's just wishful thinking on my end.

Elezen-healer(same cape as lalafel so another close hlr/caster reskin)

The hyur/miqote/hrothgar armor is the melee DPS contest winner design (just recolored). If DRG doesn't get this design, they will end up being the only job not to get an armor design by a player. So more likely all 3 melee DPS get these 3. I thought maybe black for scouting, white for striking and red for maiming, but could be different. Then Viera is the aiming set because just the au ra is definitely tank and the elezen and lalafell are probably the healer and caster.

I really wish SE would just...label these outfits when they present them this way. And maybe upload some better quality images to get a better look at them while we're at it. I guess we'll find out once the servers come up tomorrow. Checking the pvp vendors will be the second thing I do, right after trying to xfer into a medium plot in one of the new wards.

It has not.

Unless the full patch notes tonight preview it we won't see it until the patch drops.

see, i could see that if the Viera one wasn't so armored, it is close to the Au Ra tank one and i can't remember a time when aiming and fending ever shared just between them. We know the Hyur one is striking as that is how they presented it in Live Letter(was also designed that way so makes sense they keep the creator's vision as close as possible), which then leaves the reskins on the Hrothgar/Miqo'te as ranged/scouting and i just went with gut there XD

I'd be surprised if the other 'armored' set wasn't the dragoon set, as aside from tanks themselves they're usually the second most armored. Heck I'm pretty sure the only reason dragoons have their own gear in general so they can have more armored looks than monks.

Its not common, but Genji aiming and fending share expect for aiming has a shoulder pad removed+different hat. Bonewicca aiming and fending sets are the same but different collars. I think its only fending and casting/healing that has never really shared (not counting stuff like Shisui which reuses a lot of the same designs across all sets).

Glad I am wrong because MCH/BRD/DNC get the Tank Looking Armor one with the metal side dress part for that High Tech Soldier look.

Now we may see some Mass Effect cosplay or Future Tech Soldier as well but for me it will always be the Heavy Nano-Suit from Crysis.
