    What is everyone hoping to see in terms of PvP action changes?

    Disclaimer. I mostly do Frontlines. Please don't comment if you are going to just say Frontlines don't matter and Feast is everything and balance should just be for Feast. Feast is not everything. If it was, then we wouldn't be getting a new Frontlines map.

    Warrior

    I think there's 2 big issues for Wars in Frontlines. The biggest is that Nascent Flash has a party target requirement to work. It won't even work cross-alliance. In Frontlines where it's chaotic and you can often find yourself separated from your party, for instance rezzing after being killed and finding someone at your team base taking the point, Nascent Flash becomes a dead action in those instances and Warriors have effectively no way to heal themselves at all. I don't think any other tank has this issue.

    The other issue is how insane infuriate works in PvP with FC reducing infuriate by 10 seconds. Infuriate is on a 30 second cooldown. What this really means is the Warrior is going to be spending somewhere between I'd say 75 to 90 percent of the time just fell cleaving in frontlines.

    I wish I was exaggerating, but in Frontlines where you don't actually fight constantly, where engagements can be brief, where you often attack, then run if you're out of position, and then reposition and atttack, fell cleave is always up because infuriate is on a short 30 sec cooldown and how fell cleave reduces infuriate by 1/3 of its cooldown.

    This leaves no room for the warrior to use his stormspath combo because the warrior seems to able to generate enough rage/beast guage from THE SPENDER/FC ITSELF through infuriate. What further decentives the use of the stormspath combo, is the fact that the heal from stormspath is inconsequent and certainly not worth sacrificing a multiple fell cleaves for. Even more, all of the Warrior's buffs/debuffs which were attached to the combo actions were removed.

    The warrior, I think, is the only tank without a debuff or buff attached to his combo.

    All of this essentially means that in a Frontlines setting, the Warrior will have no opportunity or incentive to ever use his combo, because there is no incentive to do it as the heal is terrible and there is no longer a buff/debuff attached to it, and because the war is able to generate ample rage from the RAGE SPENDER itself through infuriate.

    I hope this gets fixed. I hope they rework infuriate somehow, or buff the Warrior's combo somehow so that it's worth the time to hit that button in frontlines.

    Well, that's my two cents. All you Feasters enjoy War, that's great, for the rest of us Frontliners, War is not enjoyable now - at least not to me. So I hope they do something about it.

    I agree that Nascent Flash needs to change for PvP. Just being able to use it without a target would be fine.

    Red Mage
    Red Mage is mostly fine in The Feast but has some issues in FL where opportunities to use the melee combo are limited. This is because you are asking a 12500 HP job to survive long enough to land three weapon skills and get out, as bailing out early means you dump 75 Mana down the drain. Even with the shield you get from Engagement, it's a far cry from what melee have with 17500 HP and 30% damage reduction. What I would want is the melee combos to give a damage reduction buff for the RDM or heal for damage dealt, and possibly to cost Mana-per-attack rather than 75 upfront.

    Also an MP reduction on Vercure. Maybe from 2500 to 2000. Not enough to replace healers but to better solidify their hybrid nature.

    Coming from an AST player, I do not think I am alone in thinking we are too good. And like, I wouldn't even say something like "Just bring up healers to AST level", since that would imply WHM should get a buff though I don't think that is necessary. I do like the gameplay idea around Abridged giving us instant casts but if it's going to have this it should probably be reduced from 2500 to 2000. If you want better healing you should have to actually cast your spells.

    SCH definitely needs SERIOUS change. I love SCH as the pressure healer who is encouraged to stay on the offensive, however the implementation needs some refinement.

    1) A return to form: Give us Aetheflow in PvP as a CD we can use at any time, giving us Aetherflow stacks. Instead of Broil giving Aetherflow stacks, it reduces the CD of Aetherflow instead. This means the SCH is less starved of resources when they can't get attacks off for long periods of time. Will obviously require tuning since the ability to bank 6 Lustrates is a little obnoxious.

    2) Seraph is not doing a good job. I think the idea is you summon your fairy to help keep people alive while you attack so SCH has a chance to get resources in a pressured situation, but as it is she can very easily contribute nothing due to the AI just being kind of dumb. I think a good change would be to make it so she casts Consolation immediately when she is summoned, healing nearby party members, and giving you a good button to use in crisis and some degree of control.

    3) Aura Blast to a 30 sec CD. Possibly change it to be a targeted column AOE to give SCH more play-making ability.

    4) Add Emergency Tactics. It is a toggled ability with no CD that makes the Galvanize effect of Adloquium be a heal instead of a shield. This is mostly a QOL change for when you want to top someone off outside of combat in frontlines, since 2500 shielding in PvP on demand is really strong in an actual fight.

    Well, OP and Esmoire already covered most of what i was going to say.
    Change NF, buffs to SCH, nerfs to AST.

    Other than, i hope that they come to their senses and drop forced 72 man FL's, till they add cross-DC play at least.
    Also hope that new feast season starts soon, apparently stopped playing before the first season begun and started playing again when the last one was already over. So yeah, i'm pretty hyped for it.

    And last but not least, i hope we'll never see another event like Garo.
    I hope that instead they reward active, good PvP players by adding mounts/tittles for those who won XXX FL or feast matches in the last X months.

    Warrior - Nasc to be changed. I do like the ability, but most of the time it's gonna go on someone who's going to be running in and out of LoS, which can make this painful to reliably land. I think being the only tank that cannot just simply heal themselves is a flaw as well.

    Summoner - CC. Damage is fine, needs tribind or something, the survivability is awful I don't want the choice of manaward/drain to be set in stone every game.

    Melee (in general) - Samurai should get tenka knockback back. Tackles would be nice if they had a cc baked into them (heavy pls) since taking bolt is hardly viable.

    Bard - Needs potency buffs badly, no where near the other range options, better damage from MCH, better survivability and utility from RDM, better cleave and burst from SMN, better everything on BLM.

    Scholar - Needs a total rework and aetherflow needs to be easier to come by, the job is a joke. Get rid of Seraph and just give perm Eos, if they're gonna have a buggy pet (which will always be the outcome) at least make it free and passive. Giving them control over it and allowing them to move it would obviously be a bonus.

    I haven't played feast in about two weeks so to be honest I've forgotten most of my feedback but I mainly play those.

    I want the adjustments to be job based and not role, I think that the additional buttons may be job based to cut back on design costs.

    i.e I expect all of the tank mitigation aoe abilities to all behave the exact same but with a different effect which is something which will be lazy and boring.

    Job wise, I'd like to see BLM and DNC nerfs, to bring them in line with RDM, MCH, BRD, SMN, more so and have a place and design, other than jack of all trades meta dominating bursters.

    For melee, I think that they're fairly balanced, I think SAM needs to lose it's chiten kenki refund and Kaeshi kenki refund(?) and it'll honestly be very balanced.
    I think MNK should have a better telegraph on it's burst, maybe change fire stance to spread out along the next 3 hits and not 1 and raise it's damage slightly, because it's current burst is slow, but very fast.
    Ninja...needs a tiny, smidge faster regeneration tool, I think removing the assassinate reset and changing assassinate to 30 seconds would make it really fine and fun, even if it takes away it's identity a smidge.

    I think SMN's burst needs to be *slightly* improved, it has a place in pressure comps and with pressure strats but these comps and strats aren't a a guarantee in solo queue.

    AST needs like a third of it's kit removed and transplanted onto SCH.

    Nerf healers mp is what I am hoping for. No way should it take 3 people to take one down with there endless heals. Not even rdm mp is endless like the healers. Next get rid of sealed rock and replace it with new map. To many have no clue how win a sealed rock match. They don't think to win need to protect your nodes and leave hardly anyone at them. Then loosing team just charges what few is protecting them and now loose them and not getting any points. Like today go from first place to last place because they just left them unprotected.

    pvp gear which can be upgraded slowly like a relic for all slots, item use returned, infinite healer mp removed.
