Don't know if it's fine or not, but sure, let's nerf more of sam's skils potencies after renovated shoha.

And we got probably nerfed as well ... (DoT potency, Refulgent Arrow down, Sidewider/Apex a bit up) while DNC and MCH got major buffs. This will be interesting to see in actual combat.

I main RDM. I have to try the buffs out, cause right now Im not feeling.

Because the Ruination part has been replaced by Direct damage. So you have Bio, Miasma and Direct damage.

This happens every time Tri-Disaster is changed. "Durr It lost a thing (convieniently forgetting thing it was replaced by) They should call it BI-Disaster. I am so cool and funny and original." Every time, without fail.
