I have no doubt prepratory touch got nerfed. 200% effiency 70% success with a 36 cp cost, I would bet good gil that success rate took a nice hit or the cp cost went up. Pretty sure quite a few more of the new actions got nailed as well they all seemed to be way to powerful. The 200% alone warrants keeping the success rate down to 50% or lower especially since it gives 2 stack of IQ.

Preparatory touch isn’t really the problem though. Although it does help to nerf it. The two problems would be prudent touch and delicate synthesis. Nerf those, and crafting is saved.
