It's in-game option through config

And yeah I thought these NPC's are only visible to those actually taking part in a faction leve

As Reinheart said it's under 'cursor type' in Configuration, I believe this is type B.

Hey Talice! I'm from Fabul as well and I kept seeing her too. Someone then informed me that it is a Factions NPC... if you recall, Cedarwood is pretty popular with that particular group of lalafell RMTers that group together. I had no idea though that Faction NPCs are't supposed to be visible to those outside of the leve like Haru mentioned, however.

Ah yes, *ahem* "MM". I've been doing botany and mining leves here for 2 weeks now and I think she's here with the lalafell army 24/7 lol, at least whenever I am online.

I will try to pop a faction leve and see if the NPC disappears after I've done it, will report back.
