    Why do so many FF XIV players have anxiety??

    I'm always hearing about tank anxiety and I don't get it. It's just a vidya game. You just pull the stuff and keep running. What is there to be anxious about??? Are you guys taking your nerve pills?

    This is a great community, don't get me wrong. Just why is everyone so anxious?? I don't think people in WoW get tank/healer anxiety. Or at least I don't remember hearing about it like I do here. Like, I'm on nerve pills myself and I never have any trouble tanking or healing. :v I don't understand it.

    Maybe, but at least with his threads you knew he was delusional. Where most of Lacan's threads just belittles a huge part of the player base. Anywhere from parent shaming to now going after anxiety suffers.

    The hard enrage,
    The game's dependency on instant kill/party wipe mechanics,
    The dps focus,
    The grind, the loathing of certain types of grind,
    The pf doldrums that occur before too long into a patch.
