Like everyone else, I'll mirror Chemist as a Healer. Since the name is too close to Alchemist, it could be named Physician, Pharmacist, Apothecary, Mixologist, etc. Especially if we head to Garlemald in 6.0, I think it would both make the most sense and fit the bill better. As for the weapon they'd use, I.. am in a bit of a doozy, I can't quite think of something. Maybe a cauldron? Or a potion gun. After all, nothing really says a Healer has to be purely magical in nature...
Alternatively, we could also get the Green Mage as a Healer, using a mace as a weapon. We could get Protect back, along with Shell and Reflect since they only exist in Eureka. They'd probably need some changes to not be silly in PvE, but since Green Mage has always been about buffs and debuffs, I do think it could be a more unique healer (at least on the debuff department).
There's also the potential of a Shaman, since we do know that the Xaela of the Steppes have healers that communicate with spirits for aid. So it could be a 'darker' healer that uses spirits and occult rituals to heal and aid their allies.
As for DPS and Tanks, I'm a bit more out of ideas, honestly.
I'd say Viking as a tank, like the FFIII class, but I think that would be a bit too close to Warrior. Similarly, I'd say Rune Fencer/Mystic Knight, but that would also be a bit too close to Red Mage since they mixed the whole 'magical swordsman' status to it. I could potentially see Occultist as a Magical DPS (like the Shaman, but offensive since Necromancer is a bit of a taboo lore-wise). Time Mage is also a potential for a Magical DPS.
Maybe Buccaneer for Ranged DPS, holding a hand cannon? Or maybe some kind of Demon Hunter, with a crossbow.
I suppose there's a big potential we'll see some more FFXIV unique classes (close to how we got Astrologian) in the future, which I'd definitely love to see.
