    When does Stormblood get good?[Spoilers?]

    I'm up to level 62 and I feel like never talking to Lyse ever again, I'm done so done with her attitude.

    In my opinion, the last couple patches of Stormblood (max level "endgame" story quests). So basically...the very end.

    I really REALLY care not about what the plot currently offers.
    And I highly dislike Lyse.

    It's just my opinion. You may end up enjoying it at some point. If you don't like Lyse now though...you probably won't like her any more later.

    In my opinion it never really gets good, there are a few parts I liked, but overall it just doesn't come close to HW. However ShB so far is as good as, or better then HW so there is that to look forward to.

    Every quest I get even if MSQ has a tint of forced "comedy"
    I was expecting war, not funny slice of life anime jokes over and over.

    Yes? I didn't have that in Heavensward, a bit in ARR but all the SB campaign up until the Steppes was all some SoL anime with Lyse as the MC.

    Wasn't a big fan of SB story either. Basic rebellion liberation story. Only thing I was interested in was Tsuyu's story.

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    IMO, once you get to the Azim Steppe it gets good. Then it's decent up until the last dungeon + boss, then it's downhill again until last couple patches.
