This wouldn't be a good idea, making them part of a job quest with an instance fight means that if they ever want to alter the jobs skills they would have to remake the quests.

The job trainer saying you need to get X Y & Z skills to proceed and then leaving you to figure it out would be better. The only requirement then is that the mobs exist somewhere and are a level the BLU can realistically fight.
