PVP exclusive mounts rewards are unfair to non pvp players

Guys I dunno why savage mounts are locked behind savage? I mean I would have to spend weeks and gil, sometimes 12 hours a WEEK to get savage for an opportunity to roll on a mount.

I'm basically gonna unsub until I log in and you hand me everything I want with no effort, I don't unstand this world, if I cant have it handed to me or pay for it why do I wanna do it?

You won't be unsubbed long then because that's basically what stuff like Echo bonus and unsynced does...
Totally destroys the exclusivity of every reward in the game..

Want that savage gob walker mount??? No problem just go face roll a4s with a couple of friends unsynced have it handed to you on a platter.
Want that exclusive louisoix minion?? Same deal just go smash bahamut prolly even solo it these days...
That Omega stuff... yup same again....

If PVP rewards are allowed to remain exclusive then so should PVE, and likewise if they continually hand out pve rewards on a silver platter so everyone can get them. then they need to do the same to PVP...

Amazing the level of hypocracy when people defend unsynced modes because they can get a primal mount theyve been missing easily.. but then defend esclusivity in PVP and say if you want the rewards then put in the effort to get them... the exact same thing should apply to PVE want the exclusive shiny.. get off ya ass and get it... just just unsync and get it handed to you..

Raiding was designed for players who wanted challenges so why allow them to be unsynced and destroy the value of the rewards... people complained about the story in coil. so they made a totally seperate story mode but still then go and hand out the rewards from the challenge modes like candy... and then do another uturn on things like ultimate by keeping those ones exclusive...

there's no consistency just a boat load of hypocracy.......

So right now some cool mounts like "Goten" are only obtainable through grinding 10+ hours of pvp in ff14.

How unfair is that to non pvp players?!?

I've been playing mmos for over 15 years, it's the first time that i'm seeing pvp exclusive rewards that can be used outside of the pvp sphere. This is absolutely nonsense.

PVP armors like "the golden wolf" counterparts can be obtained as gold saucer rewards for non pvp players so why not make the pvp exclusive mounts also available this way or through daily pve rewards or even in the mog station?!?

I'm playing this game to have fun. Where is the fun when you need to do something you dont like for 10+ hours to get something you enjoy?

I'll be suspending my subscription to ff14 until this changes, if ever...

Uh what? How is this the first time you've seen this in a MMO? I can think of several other MMOs where this has been a thing. PvP exclusive rewards with external usages have been a thing for as long as I've been playing MMOs with PvP in them. It sure as hell has been a thing ever since they released Battlegrounds in WoW.

I farmed for the entire Seal Rock outfit just for the coat. It was a horrible experience for me.

So I think people who play PvP all the time, really deserve the mounts they get.

Ultimate fights still maintain their challenge.
Yes it's a title/weapon and not a mount, but the prestige is real.

If I still played WoW, I would post screen shots of my Black War Raptor and other PvP mounts. While wearing PvP armor and weapons and wearing my Frostwolf tabard.

Suffice it to say I'm calling BS on this.

Good luck getting those pvp garo mounts. Its very rare every get a victory in any of the pvp content.
