Warrior of Darkness: Deceptive Marketing?

I do wish we could have utilized actual darkness against the light. I didn't expect
us to go full on E V I L but I mean, when you have a WoL DRK in the trailer doing DRKy things
only for him to possibly go around consuming the light is kinda weird.
Like I said in another topic all we did was
Use light, to fight light and obviously too much light is a bad thing and the the bit of darkness
we actually really saw was night sky...That's pretty much why we're called the WoD I guess lol.
I felt like at least in 5.0, it was a missed opportunity I guess.
Darkness doesn't always mean evil.

The master Matoya thing was kinda weird.

I must've missed something but what was the purpose of her using this?
No one in that world knows who Y'shtola is but us and the other Scions so why use Matoya?
I think a lot of us was entirely under the assumption that Matoya
became one with Y'sthola or something and inherited her powers through that.
Really missed a good chance here.

We're still early in so who knows what may happen but still lol.
