Character was created June 19, 2019. Today is the 90 days mark. If we have to wait another 30 days due to the free 30 days, SE should really clarify that for us instead of copy pasting an email response template.

Ah, I see! The game sometimes has "cut-off" times set at specific times, which can lead to things like bans etc. being technically off by a few hours. The same might be the problem here, but I'm just speculating. I'd simply try again tomorrow and see if you can transfer the character then - and if not, to contact the support again.
