There's 3 Nier raids. They can't all drop 2b and 9s gear. This will probably be the first tier's gear

It'll be 5.1 dungeon gear or 5.2 tome gear not the 24 man

I wonder what sort of dungeon would drop that gear, though. At this point in the story we seem to have stepped away from any settings that would use that sci-fi tech style, unless we're going back to the Source and breaking into Garlean facilities or something.
I'm more curious to see what the Dev team have done with Tank/Caster/Healer/Ranged/Melee versions will look like of each of the winner sets.

Can't help but think the outfit isn't going to translate well, kind of how they took WAY too many artistic liberties with the caster set, but hopefully they can make it work, honestly kind of bummed the wonderful bancho set didn't win (Delinquent Striker I think it was called) I would absolutely love to see them pull off that set.
Otherwise, I'm really excited to see the ranged outfit, hope its implemented soon, I love me some stylin steampunk attire.

Yep! Yoko Taro even played through FF14 in preparation for it and tweeted out a lot of his experiences. To the surprise of no one, he also hates Toto-Rak.
Apparently we'll be hearing more during the Tokyo Gameshow?

I swear I must be the only one on this planet that doesn't mind Toto-Rak. lolYep! Yoko Taro even played through FF14 in preparation for it and tweeted out a lot of his experiences. To the surprise of no one, he also hates Toto-Rak.
