It's not on Mog Station and I haven't heard that it is due to go on. People may be assuming on the "one year since seasonal event" rule, but crossover specials seem to be in a different class of events.

As long as it's not being sold, I assume there's a chance of a repeat - but I certainly hope they make it available one way or another. It's a really nice unique set, and I use the pants a lot.
