    3 Sen Triple Yuki opener

Since the recent Kaiten CD change I've tried out a new 3 Sen opener that uses three Yukikaze's for Meikyo. Reason for this being that Yuki now grants 15 Kenki vs. the 10 you get from Kasha and Gekko, and thus has an additional ~64 potency added due to the extra 5 Kenki you get.

Hakaze (Med) > Shifu (Ikishoten) > Kasha > Hakaze > Jinpu (Senei) > Gekko (Meikyo) > Yuki > Kaiten+Midare > Kaeshi (Shinten) > Yuki (Shoha if Med ticked) > Kaiten+Higanbana > Yuki (Shinten)

Testing it for myself I saw about a 300 dps increase over 60s compared to a 1 Sen and a regular 3 Sen opener. This is all on a dummy of course, but as far as buffs go things seem to align nicely, with Senei coming out as early as optimally possible.

    Thoughts?

Aren't Kasha and Gekko both have 70 potency more than Yukikaze?

Yes but it's 70 GCD potency. More kenki means more shintens, which is where the 64 potency comes into play. Shinten is also an oGCD, so it's "free" damage in a sense. Typically speaking you used to use Gekko on Meikyo to save yourself a GCD because Yukikaze's effect pre 5.0 (slashing debuff) didn't really merit using it for meikyo back then. However the now 15 kenki on use is very nice by comparison, plus it lines up with higenbana for kaiten without having to resort to the boxer opener.

Generally speaking you want more Shintens vice GCD potency unless that GCD would happen in a window like Trick when shinten wouldn't (although I'm sure someone will come in here and tell me I'm wrong).

Personally I like using Yukikaze for Meikyo. It makes certain parts of the rotation move much more smoothly imo, and it makes it very VERY easy to make sure you have enough kenki to Kaiten both the Midare and the Higanbana during Meikyo. Even if it's a minor potency hit, i think the smoothness is worth it, since ultimately if you are more comfortable with a rotation you will perform better.

    Yukikaze: 400 potency/15 kenki = 400 + 192 = 592 total potency.
    Kasha&Gekko: 480 potency/10 kenki = 480 + 128 = 608 total potency.

Kasha/Gekko still beats Yukikaze by 16 total potency, ignoring some other factors, so I wouldn't recommend using it on Meikyo unless your CD alignments really depend on it.

80, iirc. But that's effectively 16 or fewer, since the extra 5 Kenki on Yukikaze equates to at least 64 extra potency via Shinten.
