You're good, my friend. My point is, someone is claiming Hrothgar is mostly for people into bara when that's not the case at all. So I made an outlandish and incorrect statement right back to show how stupid of a statement that was.

Then I am even more confused because, like... you see, Viera haters (I wouldn't call them oppositioners really) will be "Yes it's true for sure!" with this statement instead of "That's nonsense". Because it already was a thing in this thread. While other side will be offended, and not without a reason - again, mostly because we already saw a lot of "ERP accusation" here.

Nobody should have 'attacked' anyone for happy about hrothgar or call the devs names that don't help anyone but yes theirs a lot of hate for male viera most of it being 'Eww no they gay!'

Nothing's twisted. You bring up the past and so will I. You sit on your singular view and don't view this from all sides. That's on you. And you may not see much hate now, but at the beginning, I almost left the game because of how toxic the community was if you even expressed your excitement for them. Reddit was bad. Twitter was bad. The forums were bad.

Your only option in this case would be to report said people. They were absolutely in the wrong.
I just do not see how bringing this month old story up again and again in this tread helps progressing the discussion about male Viera.

sometimes you gotta be the bigger person! And understand that a lot of people were really looking forward to those bunnies. It isn't right for them to be toxic to you over it of course, but you gotta at least try to consider their perspective.

I find that very hard to believe, since I was here when the races were released. There was a lot of disappointment about no male viera, but I don't think that disappointment was turned into resentment towards hrothgar. And regardless, the insults and accusations flung at male viera supporters were waaaaay worse.

All I'm saying is fighting "ignorance with ignorance" is kind of unproductive, and you really shouldn't forget where most of the insults and accusations came from in the first place. A lot of us were dragged through the mud. It was actually a pretty horrible experience.

actually, 1 week after FanFest ppl stopped attacking ppl who wanted male hrotgar and started attacking ppl who wanted male viera, yet I dont see ppl going into every mthread related to male hrotgar and screamign at them. Male hrotgar is a character you would find in a furry bara, or in any anime with furry characters, so its only obvious which types of players will eb attracted to male hrotgars. For male viera, ppl who will switch will likely be ppl who are attracted towards men and like handsome men, or ppl who like wood elves, or ppl who like bunny bois and theres nothing wrong w any o that. Some male hrotgar players are male hrotgar cuz they find them goofy and ridicolous and others are because they think they look cool, but from what Ive seen a majority of male hrotgar players are into furry/bara
