A clone will have different life experiences than you do.
So as soon as he has some, he would be his own person and start being different. That difference would only grow larger the longer the clone lived until your DNA may be the same but you are completely different persons.

As such, a clone can at no point be considered "property". It would be a human with all human rights associated to it.
