If you make out with your clone, is it incest or masturbation?

Les Enfantes Terribles was a big perverted experiment to get pictures of Big Boss' panties. I knew it.
Not really, the US Patent and Trademark Office has not only approved patents on human cells, cell lines, viruses, genes, animals, and numerous altered plants and microorganisms but also awarded the National Institutes of Health a patent on the cell line of an indigenous Papua New Guinea man. The first human clone will have a "patent-pending" stamped on its butt. Lol.

Because the Americam legal system is never controversial.

Incorrect.
A clone will have different life experiences than you do.
So as soon as he has some, he would be his own person and start being different. That difference would only grow larger the longer the clone lived until your DNA may be the same but you are completely different persons.
As such, a clone can at no point be considered "property". It would be a human with all human rights associated to it.
That's is not how that is going to play out. At least not at first. Later on down the line, they may acquire rights. Doubt it will work the way you think it will right out of the gate, but I could be wrong. I imagine we'll see soon enough. However, as it stands now other cloned animals aren't even afforded the same rights as their counterparts. So the outlook isn't good.Incorrect.
