    Blacklist suggestions/QOL stuff on PF

I have a few suggestions on how to improve the blacklist function a bit as far as Party Finder goes:

    1. Allow players to right-click on a party finder name and click "Add to Blacklist" if the PF description is not to the players' liking.

    2. The parties of the players on the blacklist should go on the back end of the party list where the locked duties are.

    Thoughts, suggestions, etc.?

Do you see a party finder for a blacklist player? I thought they were already hidden...
That being said, can't you just player search for them and blacklist them if you want to? I'm not sure what kind of PF description I'd just outright blacklist a player for.
I'd rather reporting bots be as easy as reporting RMT, before I worried about PF Blacklisting. But that's just my 2c.

The Party Finder for a Blacklisted person still there, with a grey color, i think you can join the Party as well, you just can't see what the another person write ( because time ago someone i got blacklisted joined my Party and i had to kick him out ).

I support the idea. I view it as a way to clear off the list of people selling runs and make sure I avoid them in future content as well.

Most advertising isn't done on accounts associated with the groups running the content because everyone knows it's RMT and RMT has a negative connotation, if by some chance SE decided to start issuing bans out of the blue (won't happen) their mains would be safe, and it's likely multiple people are using the same accounts to advertise.

Additional options for party finder including improvements to blacklisting have been requested for a while now, but the only change has been an increase in the darkness of grayed out listings. Being able to completely hide/remove listings would satisfy those frustrated with the constant ads and it would allow SE to continue turning a blind eye to the RMT, so there would be no downside to it. They either can't do anything else or it's a very low priority for them.

Indeed. This is the main, but obviously not the only reason why I suggested to update blacklist QOL as I mentioned in the topic.

This is another reason. I see a few of my the people on my blacklist post PF's, and they end up pretty high on the PF because they are on the savage raid lists. If I can't hide their party listings, the least that should happens is to have them sorted on the bottom of the PF list above the "Locked Duty" section.

Regardless if the blacklist suggestions I listed are done or not, it is nearly impossible to prove if the advertising party are engaging in RMT. That is the main reason I would at least be satisfied if the suggestions did happen.

I'd love to be able to blacklist the sender of a trade/fc application/fc invite/party invite. A couple of days ago I was crafting and just kept getting this same FC application invite from the same stranger. After about 3-4 declines I turned on DND. Then that same day at night when I logged on to continue crafting, I now get an FC invite spam from that exact same person.

I ended up sending a tell to the guy just so I get his name to click on and send to the blacklist.

Before anyone says, "well just turn on DND, duh"; well, I still want to receive interactions from other people, duh.

You won't see them in future content anyway because every time I look the name up on lodestone they are just some level 1 char, most likely a twink or an entire other account. People selling runs most likely won't advertise under their main character or main account, fearing bans, so blacklisting them won't do anything for you.

As long as they are online you can blacklist them.
