I dont actually see the problem with it, birds actually do that if the wind is blowing..they just kind of let the drift keep them lifted while they appear to not be moving.

24/7? lol ive been sitting in Eulmore since I saw this and they have yet to disappear. If birds in your area do this, them some might birds.

If they did the sporadically sure, but since they just hang there making the same 3 patterns every few seconds, its atrocious.

But what about the NPCs who are standing behind counters, 24/7...or walking with a wooden crate back and forth, or even just standing around/sitting around talking/being idyll? Can't pick those birds over NPCs
