there wont be any hairstyles for male hrotgar since there never will be hairstyles for male hrotgar. They will just get new faces thta might have different hairstles, but keep in mind its possible that after seeing what theyve done with female viera they decide not to even give male hrotgar new hairstyles and just give us existing faces with the other existing hairstyles

I think they're trying to imply there won't be any new hairstyles/faces simply swapping the current existing hairstyles with the current existing face for more options for each face. Which I'm sure the dev team wouldn't do, as Yoshida described them as new unique hairstyles to the hrothgar. Most likely what I think is that each of the faces will get three or four shared new hairstyles or maybe each individual face will get two more unique hairstyles to that face if they wanted to keep them segregated but i think that wouldn't go over well, at least I personally would rather any new hairstyles be shared with faces.

I'm also hoping there's some sort of lupin inspired face in the works if possible, even if it's unlikely.

I personally belive that YoshiP either mispoke or there might be a translation error. Either way it wouldn't make any sense to give the Hrothgar Canine Features if they are a Anthropomorphic Humanoid Feline Race

Be interesting and cool if they gave more Big Cat Variations like....I hate to say...Like Eso
A Tiger head, and maybe more of a Leopard Shape. With newly added facial features.

Edit: Oh, and its a Pipe Dream, but a Bald/No Hair Option & Bare Feet. Or I dare them to make digitigrade Feet.

The thing here I still can't understand is...….. and that's a question that Hrothgars players should answer actually since they can use Aesthetician. Can they change their face model there for gill? Or is it like an eternal struggle "buy a fantasia every time you want change you haircut", how it was long ago in the past for the rest of races? Because if it's second, then it's the worst kind of limitation we would have so far.

Which is a shame. I can not understand why they decided to lock Horthgar's hairstyles to their faces. At least they should open all hairstyles to choose from at the aesthetican.

same. Its so dissapointing that the onyl race that appealed to furries and ppl who like beast races was not only genderlocked but so dissapointingly executed... I can only hope that at least theyll get a lupin face

Damn, this is bad. From this point of view they really don't have haircuts unless SE going to unlock their face managing with adding new options. I hope they will.
