I don't see why. There's no laws against defunct uniforms, the company itself was never outlawed and no member was ever arrested and it's founder is free to restart the company at any time.

Well technically he can't. He's to busy Saving the world to both invest or put time into either making a new, or reviving his old GC.
Plus I think Alphi still has yet to prove he has the Leadership skills to manage such a group. Who's to say the exact same thing wouldn't happen Twice?

Technically he can. The Ultramarine Uniform wont have a negative reputation in the First and he's not saving the world, he's hanging out in Eulmore drawing pictures. Just because Crystal Braves could fail again doesn't me he couldn't or shouldn't try again.

Besides the plot moving foreword won't need him to man a GC. He's already a Member of The Scions of the Seventh Dawn, he should stick to what he has.

A paramilitary force could have a number of uses in the First, especially if the Scions need more manpower to counter Ascian designs in the First. And it's not like forming a company is taboo or automatically doomed to failure.

He stated he wanted to move on from this mistake and do things his way on the scion's side, being the medium between them and other GC leaving no string to pull to anyone.

As much as I remember Heavensward, reviving this is out of the question and every pieces lefts have merged with the scions completely.

Griffin would be nice, skull is meh but why not after all...
