No longer able to log into Steam version with my non-Steam account. Why do this SE?

I don't get what they plan to accomplish by shafting people that bought the game a second time just to get steam hour tracking, overlay, and some QoL stuff. Other than annoying all of us of course.

This is literally the only people actually harmed by this. Legitimate customers who supported SE twice. Steam users can still launch the game outside of Steam, and hackers have already found a workaround.

Really bad move.
