Seriously, how can they turn a blind eye to the crime that is Highlander eyebrow theft? LALAFELLS ARE TURNING THE EYEBROWS AWAY. SHAVING THEM RIGHT OFF, AT NIGHT. RAUBAHN IS IN ON IT. ALIENS. ArE tHeY NoT SoCiAlLy aware of the harm this causes highlanders? As an ex-highlander I should know, all my friends are or were higlanders, this is the #2019 issue and if it isn't solved then.. I cant even!

Lol actually serious though, the lore is like they get shaved every night because it's supposed to be intimidating and they actually have them (not some race defect, as I know you know lol), and... the females got them.. I got used to it and begrudgingly so, but I always really wanted them xD. Now I overcompensated and I'm covered in fur. Don't give me some stubble and eyebrows!? I GLUE FUR ON MYSELF.

It would be really cool if they found some way to 'modernize' their model system, though I feel like that is a hilariously tall order. Modernize as in the models become slider-able (like a lot of sRPG and quite a number of mmos these days). Those sliders allowing more body types, and at the same time adding us some more customization options. Which theoretically could help out in making gear more universal (cross race/gender). That sounds really tough though, I don't actually know (vague idea), but seems so from where they are (thousands of models built for an entirely different more stubborn system). Still it would be nice if they could somehow sweet talk their current system into having stubble and eyebrows without it imploding . If I remember right Yoshida did say they're looking into it, recently. Bright side I suppose is at least we don't have WoW customization .

Edit: apparently the clap emoji turns into ?? on this forum. So just picture some claps scattered throughout like a delicious protesting spice. lol

I'll definitely be happy to see this happen. Granted, I'd prefer something more along the lines of a fancy waistcoat with the same lacey detailing as the dress, but then we'd just be back to square one with players of female characters wanting that unlocked for them, so I'll take a 1:1 unlock as the fairest option.

The legs are much closer to the shorts with stockings look that I've been wanting for my healer glam than anything currently available to malesn(unless you're a tank), so that's super exciting! And I'm sure I'll get some fun out of the dress; my in-game spouse is a femroe and when we had the ceremony, there were definitely jokes that we'd look better if we switched outfits, so now we can do it and see!

How about they convert all male only outfits so females can wear them. Like Hiens outfit from mogstation and so on.

People already complain about them doing that. Several 'counterpart' sets are unisex-and-female rather than male-and-female (eg. Thavnairian, bridesmaid/best man, sailor shirt / spring dress).

Of course if they made everything unisex, on top of being more work to make male gear at a programming level, people would probably then complain about how females get two sets that look good on them but males are given a dress they're never going to use. (Insert recurring rant about healers getting dresses here.)

    So they can't win.

Which begs the question as to why they are taking the time to do something like this instead. It's even worse when they excitedly responded to a request to have Y'shtola's latest outfit turned into a Mog Station item in the future. It's not as if there's a lack of people playing male characters in this game, either - so it baffles me that things such as this are treated as a priority instead.

To their credit, at least the last two casual glamours look good on male characters.
Don't you care about the guys who want to wear a dress on their big day? :v Are more stubble options really more important? This is about someone's eternal bonding. The most important day of their life as an adventurer. I'd put them getting to wear what they feel comfortable in above more chinstrap options.

It can be a clown wedding! I say we get BOTH and more makeup options for men too! A husky man, wearing a wedding dress, bright red lipstick, and a 5 o'clock shadow is exactly what this game needs right now.

Oh the photos! Can't wait to see a screenshot thread!

I think that if the day is really that important to you, you will do your research and dress your character the way you like from the clothes you already can get in-game (or Mogstation). The game gives you plenty of more feminine male outfits and you can already wear a long skirt, so I don't think it should be so big deal. I understand your statement, but it's not like the game doesn't give you any option. That's why I agree with Theodric.

I'm sure midlanders and miqote could pull it off. Maybe au ra too? Since they have such tiny waists. I just feel bad for the races that don't have the figure for it. I wonder if SE will try and compensate for it?

From the beginning, it's possible on WoW that guys wear wedding dresses, it's weird but nothing unbearable.
It's funny to see him on a big Tauren or a bodybuilder orc.

Exactly! At least some of us will have some good laughs. Like in that one Hildibrand quest..

You can change to a girl and wear the wedding dress. It's not a kimono, or a gown, it's a wedding dress.
