    I'm completely against it. Then people seeking for parties would require that certain races only play certain classes and it would ruin the diversity the game offers.

    i didnt have any problems in ffxi and i think nobody else had eider.

    Just like nobody has a problem with races not having any traits in XIV. Also, the mechanics in XI =/= the mechanics in XIV. XIV has a great armory system and singling out races so that they play better as certain classes would ruin the whole mechanic.
