Materia Graphic request

I apologize for resurrecting such an old thread, but this information from the dev. team fits perfectly here!

In regards to your suggestion about changing the graphics for equipment that have materia attached to them, it would be necessary to prepare new graphic data, so we won’t be able to do this right away; however, we would like to look into whether we can add something visually appealing (such as effects and what not) for 2.0.

Lookin' good! Then goin' a lil' off topic, after you guys are able to do that it'd be possible to give new graphics to the weapons and armors when those are damaged or heavily damaged. Can't stop the progress!

To me the details that were in this game graphically were awesome. Adding more later down the road when the real work is done would add something extraordinary to XIV.

Rukkirii? Thanks for getting back to this post or even remembering it was requested. That to me shows that while others are still complaining, the team, Mods like yourself included, are still trying your best to give us what SE usually does, an epic online adventure.
