Then the official site is written by a clueless person.
Your character will be gimped to a rather ridiculous degree w/o access to the WHM abilities, to the point that you will not be able to do your job properly.

RP is nice and all, I myself tuned out the official WHM story because Ifalna was born with the innate ability to use magic and has been in the druids guild since childhood until they had a falling out due to her rather unorthodox use of magic. She only made contact again recently after El-Bahamut wrecked some stuff in order to offer her knowledge to help heal the realm.

I would never go so far as to gimp her because of some RP grudge. O_o
