Hi, returning player after a long haitus. I have a bunch of random questions that I dunno where to ask, so im asking here as at least one of them pertains to healer

● How do you add people to your friends list who are on the same data centre as you but on a different world

● Can you level sync your character down to match another players so you can aid them on quests

● Is it possible to make Eos a carbuncle (glamour) as they are just cuter

● How do you use embrace now. as It used to be castable on a target manually.

1) According to some quick googling, use the party finder to get into a group with them, then add them if your friends with the option when selecting their name in the group list

2) Not unless you’re in a shared duty/fate

3) Not currently implemented, or a stated plan

4) You can’t use it manually anymore.

Just to expand on this:

It is completely passive now. Eos will target whoever she feels like and cast Embrace whenever she can (so long as someone is damaged). You can not set it to your Hotbar and you can not change, or affect in any way, who she decides to target.

That's because they're not the sort of questions that the support team is there for - you contact them for actual issues with the game program or your account.

These sort of gameplay questions are best answered by the forums in the first place.
