And as it has been said before, adding new materias in the game would make even more u/u gears useless which is really the last thing we need right now.
I see a monster difference when wearing the Sipahi gloves (+15 crit rate).

EDIT: Great for ARC and PGL since both have a fast rate of attack or key WS which feature multiple hits.
