Harassing you through the chat is one thing (and even then, you can just blacklist them), but it's actually to be expected in a silent fashion. This game is an MMO with thousands of players who all create fictional characters to use in place of their real selves. Whenever a character is created, be it in a video game or anywhere else, the overwhelming chances are that somebody, somewhere along the line, is going to lewd it. I really really wish I was just making up false statements here, but the horror stories are out there.

About the best you can hope for is people keeping it to themselves like the rest of the skeletons in their closets.

Nothing creepy about it, you present the goods, people will look at them, esp when there are no consequences for doing so.
There is a reason why Ifalna only wears closed up clothes and binds her hair into braids when in public.

Sitting beneath a character and entering GPose... well potatoes... what can you say. They always have to do ... research.

The biggest issue with this is that it 'objectifies' one's character.

Erm... have you seen the design of the female armor and female bodies?
Trust me, you don't need NSFW mods or GPose Lalacreeps in order for a char to be "objectified".
Most of them are already objectified straight out of the gate.

Sex sells and the chars are designed so that pubescent teens find them hot.

Even Ifalna who basically wears the pendant of a Burqua in Ff-XiV terms falls into the "Uber cute unrealistic objectified character" category.

People using that mod must be really messed up

In every mmo you will get these kinds of tells as alot of people who play don't go outside much hence are missing attention from the opposite sex. Either ignore them or stop playing mmos altogether if you allow it to bother you so much. So far in every mmo I've played I've gotten some kind of flirtatious advances and I just don't respond to them. They are not flirting with me, they are flirting with the pixelated being I play as, and I find that hilarious.
