Yes. The only job-specific quest is lv80, and the only reward is a title. Most of them don't actually involve any fighting and are pretty lackluster.

I agree with you that it seems disappointing at face-value, but most of the job quests weren't very interesting in the past anyway, so I don't really miss them.
