Since you clearly see just how much the system can be abused, then perhaps we should just leave the tomestones to the real life cemeteries. It would be better to not open this can of worms.

TBH though, if I saw my name on one of those stones, I'd find it funny since they actually spent the effort and wasted their time and maybe a furnishing spot just to make a jab at me. If it's more like a threat, I'll just report them and move on with my life knowing that not everyone in this game is that bad.

Maybe use the incensory for that purpose?

I use a couple of those, but I don't feel like that's enough since I have to keep explaining it to everyone that goes into my house.
