the red and green colour of roggadyn gives off cleary that they wer supposed to be lizard men, but something made them decide to cut of tail to make them green humans.

They're not Hyurs either. I'm not really sure entirely what they are exactly but they are different. Similar in that they are both humanoid sure but aside from that they're different. That's like saying Lalafell are just short, pudgy Hyur.
