Actually it is if you look at the back of his head. It's something that's exclusive to his appearance since highlights only appear as streaks or at the tips.I also got the impression that he was immortal due to his bond with the tower, and he may not be physically aging at all.
His white hair seems to be a side-effect of the crystal, not a sign that he's getting physically old - it's gone white at the tips rather than the roots.
Gaius van Baelsar: Nor is this unknown to your masters. Which prompts the question: what came first, the chicken or the egg?

Well, yes, but only in the back where it's part of the overall colour gradient. But mostly his hair is still pink (including his ears) and has only turned white at the tips - ie. the opposite of how it would look if his hair had turned naturally white, in which case the white part would be at the roots.
(If bonding with the tower has entirely halted his ageing, his hair might not be growing either.)

/highfives Pondhollow (while also giving his Alisae question the stink-eye :P)
