drk feedback threads

I am disappointed at following:
1. People making “I am disappointing at LL” on the forum
2. Viera want more attention when they already told you they would do it when they have time. (Hairstyle or male Viera)
3. People that crying about housing when you already knew current server technology will not be able to provide customizable housing system to every players. (WoW barrack is not customizable at all)

There are other systems than WoW, you can still be annoyed but I just want to say that the current server technology both exists and is being used in other mmos.
Obviously for SE to develop it for themselves could be very costly and time consuming, there's that of course (a significant, very significant, hurdle)- it's not something that can be done with a snap of the fingers but it's also not outside the realm of reality (seeing as multiple MMOs have done it, old and new).

I had heard people complaining about it and didn't realize it was from the lower level content, because I didn't see that too often in stormblood -> Shadowbringers.

Black Desert or Wildstar showed there are solutions.
I know how programming works, I understand what a database is (I practiced both). Explaining instancied housing some people request is impossible is nothing but acting in bad faith, especially since there already are Inn Rooms, FC rooms, apartments (and a Pirate Islands, for some concept of design) that only need faisible adaptations to meet the changes people request to housing.
They have been able to add a warehouse as compensation to the risk to lose the house but they can't make persistent instancied housing for everyone? What a joke!

Probably already mentioned by someone else, but... AST players. Please, please, when there is a SCH in the party... switch to Diurnal. I've had my barriers overwritten immediately after casting them, repeatedly so many damn times... please, stop. It's a waste for both of us.

The main issue is figuring out what the actual problem is when someone is disappointed in some aspect of the game. In my own case with another thread, I ended up starting a thread about how FCs seem dysfunctional. After looking at peoples gut reactions and kind of piecing them apart, I figured out the real problem is the server lock. It seems that in order to have a healthy community, the server absolutely has to have a free inflow and outflow of players. While it sounds like a great way to manage server population, the outflow of players does not come from a single source: A particular FC or LS doesn't vanish as a result of outflow. Instead, the players that leave are drawn from the entirety of the server across multiple organized groups.
So then, why do these groups simply not merge? Well, that goes back to a key concept of organized play: finding people who have the same time slots open and interests, as well as being a good fit for the kind of personalities present in the group. Since all the groups shrank too much to support their own inbuilt static runs, it resulted in Party Finder becoming the primary way to do content. Ultimately, this resulted in what is now known as "the wave", which is basically the rush to clear and learn content as fast as possible in order to be able to participate in regular end game runs.
Waaay too many confirmation windows
sometimes even confirmation window of confirmation window
ASTs using the wrong stance in an 8 man. We don't need double regens or double shields ASTs, WE NEED WHAT THE OTHER HEALER CAN'T PROVIDE.
